A supplement money-back guarantee is an offer with conditions. Its headline does not tell you whether an opened item qualifies, which deadline applies or what amount would be refunded. Compare the actual terms before relying on a promise.
Disclosure: Organic Fuel sells supplements and publishes this guide. This article does not create or extend a return right, promise a refund for a particular order, or establish that a supplement works.
Make a record of the promise
Save the product listing, policy and checkout terms that you see when ordering. Record the seller, exact item, order date, advertised promise and policy version or capture date. The FTC's online-shopping guidance recommends checking refund policies and keeping purchase records and communications.
Compare like with like. A retailer's return offer and a manufacturer's guarantee can have different contact routes. Do not assume that a policy on one website applies to a third-party purchase.
Resolve these questions before ordering
- Does the offer cover this product, bundle, sale item and order type?
- When does the deadline start, and must you request a return, send it or have it arrive by then?
- Are opened items eligible? Are packaging, unused items or other materials required?
- Who pays return shipping, and are original shipping, optional fees or restocking charges excluded?
- Is the outcome money returned to the payment method, store credit, replacement or another remedy?
- What authorization and tracking information are needed?
If the listing and policy appear inconsistent, ask the seller to explain the discrepancy in writing. Keep missing terms marked as unknown rather than filling the gap from another seller's practices. A longer advertised period does not by itself establish easier eligibility or a lower return cost.
Separate subscriptions from refund requests
If the order renews, ask how cancellation works, when it takes effect and whether a refund request changes future billing. Do not assume that asking about a return automatically cancels a recurring order. Keep the seller's response and confirmation of any requested change.
Use current Organic Fuel information
Start with the current Organic Fuel collection and the policy linked from the item you are considering. Compare those terms with checkout and ask support to clarify any mismatch before payment. This guide intentionally does not restate a universal return window, fixed optional fee or bundle eligibility.
A refund promise answers a financial-policy question. It does not establish personal suitability, testing coverage or clinical benefit. Our label-reading guide supports a separate review of the product itself. Do not use a guarantee as a reason to try something inappropriate for your circumstances.
